Speedway training Krško

If you are fascinated by motorcycles, speed and dynamic motorsport, speedway is a discipline that is worth getting to know more.

At the Sven Cerjak Speedway Club, where we have been active since 2019, we organize speedway training in Krško, races and a school program for young drivers. We also participate in competitions in Slovenia and abroad, and in our work we rely on a motivated professional team and excellently prepared motorcycles.

Speedway is a special form of motorcycle sport, in which four to six drivers compete on an oval track. They ride in a counterclockwise direction, and each race consists of four laps. It is a fast and attractive discipline that is particularly widespread in Europe and requires a lot of concentration, coordination and excellent motorcycle control from the competitor.

Our speedway training in Krško is also intended for the youngest who want to take their first steps in the world of motorsport gradually and under professional supervision. We invite children who are interested in motorcycles and want to become racers themselves one day to the youth school. The recommended age for enrollment is approximately between 6 and 8 years.

Although speedway motorcycles are very specific and do not have brakes, training for children is designed in stages and is adapted to their age and prior knowledge. They take place on closed oval tracks or stadiums under the supervision of licensed trainers. In speedway training in Krško, the focus is not only on speed, but mainly on the gradual acquisition of knowledge and proper control of the motorcycle.

Young people can develop many skills through training, including:

• strength, balance and coordination,
• quick reflexes and concentration,
• discipline and quick thinking,
• feel for controlling the engine,
• new friendships
• and the joy of motorsport.

A special feature of speedway is also the characteristic driving through corners. Since classic speedway motorcycles do not have brakes and have one gear, the driver must master body movement and the addition and withdrawal of gas. This is why speedway training in Krško enables the systematic development of technical knowledge that a racer needs for further progress, and this also makes the sport physically demanding and strengthens the physical condition of the racers.

The average price of speedway training for children and youth ranges between €20 and €50 per month, and the costs of course depend on the individual club and the equipment included.

Our program is suitable for ambitious and adrenaline-seeking future drivers who are interested in learning more about this motorsports discipline.

Through regular work, professional guidance and gaining experience, we have created conditions in which young and older participants can develop their skills and gradually progress.
